The Brand Manager, Women’s, will develop, manage, and execute the overall strategy for Cascade Maverik’s Women's Lacrosse product line. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role combines product strategy, brand development, and market insights to deliver high-performance gear that meets the evolving needs of female athletes. You will collaborate with various functions such as R&D, Marketing, Design, Creative, Sales, Supply Chain, Digital and Finance to create innovative, athlete-driven products and ensure their success in a competitive marketplace. We are looking for a lacrosse-obsessed, strategic, and creative thinker who is collaborative, passionate, and driven—someone who thrives in a team environment and is determined to make an impact. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: • Support the development and execution of the Women’s Lacrosse product roadmap, identifying new opportunities and enhancements based on athlete needs and market trends. • Collaborate with R&D, Design, and athlete partners to help concept, test, and refine performance-driven gear. • Manage the product line—including SKU planning, lifecycle, pricing strategy, and seasonal SMU planning. • Contribute to go-to-market plans that align product features with brand messaging, consumer needs, and performance positioning. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop product content, packaging, and campaign assets that drive awareness and demand. • Leverage consumer research, athlete feedback, and trend analysis to inform product planning and positioning. • Participate in field-testing and focus groups to validate product performance and support go-to-market strategies. • Participate in events and activations to represent the brand and gather real-time consumer insights. • Support sports marketing initiatives, including athlete partnerships and on-field product representation. • Assist sales team enablement through product education, training materials, and presentations. • Help manage product-related materials such as catalogs, hangtags, pricing information, and digital content updates. • Maintain accurate product data across systems. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product management, or marketing—preferably within consumer products, sporting goods, footwear, or apparel. • Deep knowledge of and personal experience with Women’s Lacrosse, including understanding the athlete's mindset and equipment needs. • A strong network of industry contacts to help accelerate growth opportunities and enhance brand presence. • Proficiency in arenaflex Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools and digital content platforms is a plus. • Strategic and analytical thinker with the proven ability to translate insights into actionable plans. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering precise and compelling presentations. • Resourceful with a solution-oriented problem-solving mindset. • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Able to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams. • A catalyst who moves ideas forward. • Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.
