Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): North Carolina, Arizona. We are looking for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Core banking delivery team, which provides technology solutions and integration services in following areas: Core banking, Deposits and Investment systems. As a Business Systems Analyst II , primary responsibility will be towards the Business Systems Analysis of Core banking (Deposit and Investment domains) solutions/projects which includes Requirements Gathering, Impact Analysis, Data Analysis, Change Management, QA and UAT Co-Ordination. Responsibilities Perform business systems analysis associated with change requests, projects, assessments, and escalated production issues. Responsible for technical assessments, analysis, requirements, configurations, testing and implementation of incremental enhancements/change requests and other minor releases, their associated interfaces and business processes and procedures. Provide leadership and support for system production issues, change requests and maintenance. Maintain knowledge documentation. Configure systems and develop expertise in system functionality and design. Perform Impact Analysis for Systems Integrations/Interfaces. Facilitate and participant in design white-boarding sessions to ensure prioritized business needs are met within standards. Prepare and present subject matter knowledge, analysis, options, solutions in both written and presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Regularly apply advanced data analysis skills to understand detailed data flows between systems and within systems for their domain. Configure systems and develop expertise in system functionality and design. Understand points of interaction and impact on other systems across the enterprise. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support Preferred qualifications Exposure to one of Tech Stack: IBM Main Frame (preferred), .NET Suite, Java Suite Experience working with Relational Databases: Oracle/SQL Server. Experience working with information technology domain within Banking or Financial Services industry. Experience with systems implementation or conversion projects. Exposure to API Tools like Postman, SOAP UI. Good understanding of Waterfall and AGILE practices. Assist with performing applications changes and configurations. Own end-to-end health and maintenance of assigned systems. Good communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management. Strong Problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to completion.
