Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for leveraging existing data systems to meet the information management needs of the organization. Responsible for understanding the underlying data structures of the organization, accessing the data and delivering it in understandable and useable formats as it relates to the front end of software & healthcare operations. Conducts assessments of the medical informatics environments, synthesizes pertinent information and creates standard reporting that meets the business and clinical needs of the organization. Collaborates with the leadership and executive management team in the development of new and enhanced reporting templates. Serves as the primary liaison as it pertains to informatics for related activities and the overall integration of programs and products with organization wide electronic activities. Collaborates with staff in the use of both internal and external resources to support research, discovery and analysis needs of the organization. Works with staff to implement appropriate practices, procedures and technology to maintain and enrich the information resources of the organization throughout its lifecycle. Consults with Management and the Information Technology Department, training & operations in the application of information management practices to software development initiatives. Demonstrates core competency in Cognos and any other SRH report writing tool, as well as development, support and enhancements of these tools. Supervise Informatics department ensuring positive, stable work environment including internal communication to superiors and subordinates, cross train, performance review and managing deliverables. Provide project management of all long term department assignments by planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. Qualifications: Education: HS Diploma Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field strongly preferred. Relevant certifications in TIBCO Spotfire and IBM Cognos Analytics are a plus Preferred Experience: 5+ years in healthcare analytics or informatics 2+ years managing multi-tenant or multi-site analytics environments Hands-on experience with: o TIBCO Spotfire o IBM Cognos o eClinicalWorks (eCW) database and reporting structures Strong understanding of healthcare data models and workflows Experience in FQHCs, IDNs, ACOs, or managed care risk environments Knowledge of population health and care management platforms Experience supporting payer or delegated risk reporting Familiarity with cloud or hybrid analytics architectures SQL and relational databases (eCW, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) Healthcare data standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, SNOMED) Quality and value-based care frameworks (UDS, HEDIS, HCC/RAF, CMS programs) Data security, HIPAA, and role-based access controls Requirements Business Intelligence (BI), Power BI, TIBCO, TIBCO Spotfire, Cognos, IBM Cognos Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
