Position Overview We are searching for a self-driven, results-oriented sales professional to achieve and surpass sales goals for Katapult’s LTO (lease-to-own) production nationally. This individual will manage and grow an expanding pipeline of retail merchants looking to grow their ecommerce and omnichannel sales by focusing on the large population of underserved consumers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of proactive and successful outreach and relationship management with evidence of positive sales and high individual performance results. Primary Job Duties Include (but are not limited to) • Develops and increases sales revenue to meet and exceed assigned targets • Leverages product enhancements and features to keeps retailers informed of the evolving value proposition • Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attracting retailers and assisting retailers in attaining new accounts • Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided • arenaflex and develop ecommerce and omnichannel sales opportunities to present Katapult’s leasing platform and win new business • Drive a high level of targeted outbound prospecting to ecommerce and Omnichannel retailers while maintaining a strong sales pipeline • Maintain a current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors to support the identification of business development opportunities • Represent Katapult at networking events, conferences and in-person meetings with prospects • Maintain relationships with strategic retail partners to drive existing and new business • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • 7+ years in sales, particularly selling to merchants/ecommerce retailers • Fintech industry experience preferred with a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem • CRM experience (Hubspot is a plus) • Fluency in arenaflex Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and arenaflex Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Strong sense of urgency for goal and professional achievement • Ability to work without close supervision • Enjoys research and detail oriented • General administrative duties and responsibilities • Ability to document processes • Strong communication skills • Results oriented and great at multitasking • Desire and potential for career in Sales This offer from "Katapult Group - Global Business Builders" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
