Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Job Summary Responsible for supporting the Business Architecture domain within Enterprise Architecture. Contributes to the development of vision, principles, standards, and processes that guide strategic business transformation at KeyBank. Focuses on aligning business capabilities, processes, and organizational structures with enterprise strategy across application, business, and infrastructure architecture domains. Responsibilities Define and evolve business architecture frameworks that align with KeyBank’s strategic goals and enterprise reference architecture. Partner with technology delivery teams to translate business strategy into actionable domain architectures and capability models. Lead or assist in the review and approval of business architecture components for major initiatives and delivery projects. Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for lines of business and technology, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and transformation priorities. Analyze and model business capabilities, value streams, and organizational structures to identify transformation opportunities. Monitor industry trends and assess the impact of emerging technologies on business models and strategic planning. Collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure consistent application of business architecture principles. Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve or expand with organizational needs. Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including professional conduct, ethical business practices, conflict of interest avoidance, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and the organization. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Experience Qualifications Proven experience in business architecture, including capability modeling, strategic planning, and enterprise transformation. (required) Experience developing and managing roadmaps for lines of business and technology to support strategic initiatives. (required) Experience working across application, data, and infrastructure domains to support business strategy. (required) Familiarity with business architecture tools and frameworks. (preferred) Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. (required) Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and commitment to organizational goals. (required) 3+ years of experience in business architecture or leading strategic business initiatives. (required) Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization. (required) Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented. (required) Tactical Skills Ability to think in both an analytical and strategic ways. Effective communication skills to all levels of the organization. Technical and analytical expertise in a single domain with an ability to cover a wide range of strategic areas. Good understanding of industry architecture concepts, methodologies, and emerging trends. General understanding of business drivers and objectives. Good ability to operate independently with some guidance. Handle ambiguity in day-to-day tasks. Core Competencies All KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key’s Values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies. #LI-BS2 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
