Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst About the Role We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions across the business. This role is ideal for someone early in their BI career who is strong in data manipulation, KPI visualization, and trend analysis, and who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to build reliable dashboards, define metrics, and surface insights that improve how teams operate. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is a plus, but the most important qualification is strong analytical thinking and a passion for working with data. What You'll Do Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Sigma and Mode to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven insights Analyze trends, drivers, and performance changes to support operational and strategic decisions Manipulate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency Work with data from WMS and TMS systems to support supply chain and logistics reporting Help define and standardize metrics so teams are aligned on a single source of truth Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, summaries, and presentations Take ownership of your work and continuously look for ways to improve data quality, tooling, and processes What We're Looking For 3 6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards and analyses in Sigma, Mode, or similar BI tools Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Experience with data manipulation and transformation (strong SQL preferred) Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment Comfort operating with ambiguity and iterating quickly based on feedback Nice to Have Experience working with WMS, TMS, or other supply chain/logistics systems Exposure to marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern analytics stacks Experience analyzing time-series data and operational performance trends Interest in growing into more advanced analytics, experimentation, or forecasting work Our Values in Action Customer-first mindset: You focus on insights that ultimately improve the experience for consumers, merchants, and Dashers Ownership: You take responsibility for your analyses and dashboards and care deeply about accuracy and impact Bias for action: You balance rigor with speed, delivering insights that move the business forward One team: You collaborate openly, welcome feedback, and build trust with partners across functions What Success Looks Like Your Sigma and Mode dashboards are trusted and regularly used by stakeholders KPIs are clearly defined, well-documented, and consistently measured Insights you deliver help teams identify trends, risks, and opportunities You continue to grow your technical and analytical skills while increasing your impact You find and drive arenaflex, operational, and time efficiencies through data and analytics Apply tot his job
