At Hire With Jarvis, we help organizations of all sizes hire the right people, in the right seats, at the right time.

We are partnering with a high growth consumer brand to hire a Project Manager, Brand Operations who will report directly to the Director of Brand Operations. This is a brand-new hire designed to bring structure, clarity, and executional excellence as the business continues to scale.

This is not a coordinator role. This is a true operator opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and building systems that make everything run smoother.

If you love turning chaos into clarity and take pride in flawless follow through, this is the role for you.

Why This Role Matters
As Project Manager, Brand Operations, you will be the right hand to the Director of Brand Operations. Your primary mission is to create structure across brand initiatives so that anyone involved can instantly see status, owners, timelines, and next steps without chasing information.

Success in the first 90 days means:

  • Clean, organized project systems across all active initiatives
  • Clear ownership and timelines visible at a glance
  • Fewer questions about where assets live
  • Projects moving forward smoothly without constant oversight

This role directly impacts execution speed, launch quality, and cross functional alignment.

What You Will Own
You will manage 8 to 10 active initiatives at any given time across short and long term workstreams.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Hands on project management across ongoing and ad hoc brand initiatives
  • Building and maintaining project boards, timelines, documentation, and task ownership
  • Proactively tracking deadlines and following up to prevent delays
  • Capturing meeting notes, decisions, and action items with clear accountability
  • Cleaning up and reorganizing the Creative Google Drive including naming conventions, folder structure, and archiving older assets
  • Identifying gaps in launch planning and ensuring all required components are accounted for

Key Initiatives You Will Support Early On

  • Retail launches including an upcoming launch early Q2 this year
  • Partner onboarding workflows
  • Planning support for a new warehouse launches in Las Vegas
  • Improving designer workflows, brief intake processes, approvals, and compliance handoffs
  • Optimizing existing systems and introducing automation where it creates leverage

This is a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly. The right person stays calm under change, prioritizes must haves versus nice to haves, and executes without needing constant direction.

Ideal Background
We are looking for a true Project Manager who is energized by organization, detail, and execution.
You likely bring:

  • Startup or high growth company experience, this is critical
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with shifting priorities
  • Strong operational instincts and the confidence to act independently
  • DTC or CPG experience preferred
  • Experience in supplements is a plus, not required
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion is helpful, but we care more about how you think and operate than the specific tools you have used

There is no strict location requirement. However, working hours aligned to Central or East Coast time zones are strongly preferred.

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Fewer internal questions about project status or asset location
  • Leadership can self-serve updates through project boards
  • Projects move forward with clarity, accountability, and minimal friction

Compensation and Employment Details

  • Target base salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually
  • Full time role
  • Remote friendly with preference for Central or East Coast working hours

This is a high impact opportunity to step into a scaling brand and build the operational backbone that supports major launches and cross functional execution.

If you are the kind of Project Manager who sees what is missing before anyone else does and takes pride in delivering clean, organized execution, we would love to connect.
