We're looking for a brand marketer who can identify, nurture, and recruit these voices to bring Tilt's mission and product innovations to life across culture. This role sits at the intersection of talent partnerships, brand marketing, and creative strategy. You'll arenaflex emerging creators and cultural moments before they peak, craft ideas and launch campaigns that connect our brand to them authentically, and measure the impact of these partnerships on the business. You'll turn partnerships into brand equity and help Tilt show up in culture in a way that feels soulful, intelligent, and unwavering. How you'll make an impact • Talent management: Identify, recruit, and contract creators to authentically tell Tilt's story and reflect our mission and values. Build scalable talent pipelines, negotiate deals, and steward long-term partnerships that deliver strategic brand and business value. • Insights-based ideation: Turn social trends, consumer insights, and audience behaviors into bold, memorable campaign concepts that express our key points of difference and bring our products to life. • Direct-response ad creative: Collaborate with creators and the growth marketers to produce, test, and iterate on high quality direct-response creative that aligns with our messaging strategy and optimizes for short-term conversion. • Brand-response ad creative: Collaborate with creators and the growth marketers to produce, test, and iterate on high quality direct-response creative that aligns with our messaging strategy and optimizes for short-term engagement and brand preference. • Campaign measurement: Use data to demonstrate impact beyond views and likes. Define business-aligned KPIs and translate campaign performance results into actionable learnings. • Project management: Lead creative projects end-to-end - from concepting and resourcing to timelines, stakeholder coordination, and delivery - ensuring work launches on time and on brief and drives measurable impact. • Stay on the bleeding edge: arenaflex cultural trends, emerging platforms, and rising creator voices that speak to Tilt's audience. Identify substacks, podcasts, communities, and formats our audience follows. Surface the best opportunities, and proactively share them with the team. • Build relationships: Cultivate genuine connections with creators, influencers, trendsetters, and other talent who align with Tilt's audience and values. Turn relationships into strategic opportunities and long-term creative advantages. Why you're a great fit • Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field • Experience: 5+ years of brand or influencer marketing experience at a brand with storytelling in its' DNA, talent agency, or branded content publisher • Results Orientation: You have a demonstrated ability to drive customer growth through creator partnerships. You're comfortable using data to show the impact of your work. You go beyond superficial metrics like views and likes, utilizing metrics that tie to business outcomes, such as conversion rates, CAC, or ROAS. • Problem Solving: You see around corners, anticipating and solving for potential challenges before they arise. When the unexpected happens, you move with urgency to address it. • Initiative & Accountability: You regularly go beyond the obvious approach, pushing the boundaries of what is possible with creators, and remaining accountable to the outcomes. • Flawless Execution: You strive for excellence, bringing it out of your internal collaborators and creator partners, ensuring all outputs are executed to the highest standards.
