The role: VIATechnik's Roots Studio, M&P is hiring a BIM Detailer to advance how complex mechanical and plumbing systems are modeled, coordinated, and prefabricated. This is a remote role on a high-performing team that's redefining construction workflows through BIM innovation, fabrication-ready modeling, and automation. This is a serious career move, not just a drafting position. You will collaborate directly with project managers, field teams, and BIM coordinators to deliver highly detailed, installation-ready fabrication models. You'll be hands-on with Revit, Navisworks, Fabrication CADmep, and emerging AI tools used to improve accuracy, coordination, and model intelligence. If you've ever wanted to elevate your detailing career by working on highly technical, tightly coordinated MEP projects, this is that role. Apply if you have: • At least 1 year of experience installing mechanical or plumbing systems. • Trade school or associate's degree in construction, mechanical, or plumbing systems. • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience • Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen) • Dental and vision insurance.
