B2B Sales Representative Opening

We're looking for a B2B Sales Representative in the Jacksonville area.

We built our company on the belief that culture comes first. We believe that when the culture is right, everything else falls into place. We're searching for someone with a track record of excellence who is ready for a new challenge and wants to grow alongside high-drive, high-character people.

Role Description

This is a field-based B2B sales role where you'll be working in a local territory, focusing on new business acquisition and servicing existing business clients. Our target market is small locally-owned businesses and self-employed professionals.

You'll work directly with business owners and their employees to provide supplemental insurance options that fill gaps in the business's benefits offering.

We help businesses provide coverage that kicks in when people need it most: an unexpected cancer diagnosis, a sudden heart attack or stroke, serious injuries, or time away from work. If it's never needed, we return every dollar paid in.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with small to medium-sized businesses and self-employed professionals
  • Developing a local territory and creating a sustainable referral-based business
  • Working face-to-face with business owners to introduce supplemental insurance benefit options
  • Conducting one-on-one enrollment meetings with employees to explain coverage options
  • Managing existing business accounts and maintaining client relationships
  • Using our CRM to organize your workflow and follow-ups

You'll be in the field most days, with some time in the office for team meetings and training sessions.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

  • Exceptional work ethic and a history of going above and beyond what's expected
  • Coachable and always looking to improve
  • Servant's heart and prioritize helping others, whether it's your clients, teammates, or community
  • Competitive spirit and thrive in goal-oriented environments
  • Athlete mindset: love having a scoreboard, know how to be a great teammate and a great individual performer
  • Great first impression: your charisma and confidence make you stand out
  • Authenticity: connect easily with others and know how to build trust

Why Choose Us

  • Exceptional Team. Work with driven, growth-oriented people who inspire you to be your best.
  • Meaningful Product. A product that brings peace of mind in moments of crisis, and a career where you can create real impact.
  • Build a Lasting Career. No cap on your earnings and lifetime renewal income that continues to reward you long-term.
  • Extensive Training and Mentorship. Learn from top performers who are actively succeeding in the field.
  • Bonuses and Incentives. Monthly, weekly, and quarterly cash bonuses, along with 3-4 incentive trips per year.

Backgrounds That Tend to Work Well

Our current team members have come from all kinds of backgrounds: restaurant and hospitality leaders, fitness professionals, educators and academic staff, competitive athletes and former collegiate players, military service members and veterans, public-safety professionals, retail sales supervisors and department leads, faith-based and nonprofit leaders, clinical and patient-care support staff, sports and performance coaches, small-business owners and franchise operators, front-line banking and financial service representatives, automotive showroom professionals, hospitality specialists, etc.

What matters most is whether you have a track record of being a top performer, and are ready for a new challenge.
