Empire Automotive Group Nissan of Bay Ridge Brooklyn –MASTER LEVEL- A- B Level Nissan Service Technician

Are you a certified Nissan automotive technician looking to take the next step in your career while earning a competitive salary? Empire Automotive Group invites you to join our team! We have an exciting opportunity at our Empire Nissan location for experienced professionals.

We offer a matching vacation package and up to a $5,000 bonus for a highly qualified technician with A-level or Master Technician experience, including all ASE certifications specific to Nissan vehicles.*

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently perform repairs and maintenance outlined in repair orders, ensuring alignment with dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to assess vehicle components and systems.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including the engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of any additional service needs, providing accurate time estimates for further repairs.
  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership setting.
  • ASE certifications specializing in Nissan vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of service drive operations.
  • Relevant experience requirements vary by position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Steady hand with excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.
