Our mission is to transform lives through learning, advocating for inclusivity and diversity at every stage.</p><p><strong>About The role</strong></p><p>Working for our subsidiary company <strong>Sparks Teaching Services</strong>, you will provide support on a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of Lectures, Workshops and Practical Sessions to Health and Social Care students. This is a <strong>zero hour contract</strong> with regular working hours to be confirmed at interview stage.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Formal scheduled delivery of learning and teaching</li><li>Preparation of teaching materials</li><li>Assessment and moderation</li><li>Curriculum and assessment design as appropriate</li><li>Responsibility for administration relevant to the post</li><li>Student Support</li><li>Independent Studies supervision</li><li>Attendance at Meetings e.g. Programme Committees and Subject/Team Meetings</li><li>Participation in Continuous Professional Development</li><li>Participation in student monitoring and reporting, course review and evaluation process.</li><li>Participation in quality assurance and controls procedure</li></ul> <p> </p><p><strong>What we can offer you</strong></p><p>As the successful candidate, you will be offered an hourly rate of between £15.08 - £23, depending on duties performed.</p><p><strong>Disability Confident</strong></p><p>We are a Disability Confident employer and are committed to removing barriers for applicants with a disability during our recruitment process, upon appointment and as an employee.
