What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the heart of our store, helping customers and supporting your team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Service: Actively assist customers, answer questions, and perform carry-outs.
  • Store Operations:
  • Operate cash registers.
  • Stock and maintain product displays and inventory.
  • Keep the store clean and organized.
  • DIY & Product Knowledge:
  • Promote our Best Rewards Program.
  • Cut materials like keys, chain, and glass.
  • Mix paint, place special orders, and assist with Rug Doctor rentals.
