We’re hiring Assembly Technicians for both 1st and 2nd shifts. No previous assembly experience? That’s okay — training is provided for motivated, dependable candidates.


What You’ll Be Doing


As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing precision parts by:

  • Assembling small to medium components using hand tools
  • Following written and visual work instructions
  • Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Packaging finished products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Working as part of a supportive production team


What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work on your feet during your shift
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic hand tool or assembly experience is helpful (but not required)
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and quality standards


Shift Options & Pay

  • 1st Shift: $18.50/hour
  • 2nd Shift: $20.35/hour
