Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Your roles & responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li>Own the financial relationship for your portfolio of franchisees—lead key meetings, track KPIs, and resolve ad-hoc challenges.</li><li>Oversee Billing & Revenue: Ensure timely and accurate billing for our brands across APAC, keeping revenue flowing and systems in check.</li><li>Support Growth: Partner with our Development Team to implement new franchise agreements, ensure accurate setup of revenue streams, and monitor Net Restaurant Growth.</li><li>Lead strategic Projects: Spearhead cross-functional initiatives that improve our finance operations framework.</li><li>Build New Market Processes: Develop accounting workflows tailored to new markets in line with franchise agreements.</li><li>Own Collections: Ensure timely payment of receivables and minimize bad debt exposure.</li><li>Strengthen Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor and internal point of contact for all financial matters impacting our franchisees.</li><li>Support Leadership: Equip VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers with tailored reports and insights that support decision-making.</li><li>Streamline Processes: Continuously improve procedures to maximize team efficiency and impact.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Yours skills & experience: </u></b></p><ul><li><b>1-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable roles, ideally with exposure to franchised business models.</b></li><li>Hands-on, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills—you're comfortable speaking with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>A self-driven person with strong attention to detail</li><li>Experience in SAP FI and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge in Snowflake, Power BI, or Smartsheet is a plus.</li><li>Fluency in English is required.
