Über Sie und diese Rolle Die Chlorproduktion in Schkopau hat Tradition. Die dort betriebene Chloralkalielektrolyse wurde 1997/98 modernisiert. Als Rohstoff wird Sole aus der Kaverne Teutschenthal eingesetzt, daraus werden Chlor, Natronlauge sowie Wasserstoff produziert. Chlor wird weiterverarbeitet, Wasserstoff nach Böhlen für Anilinproduktion und als Heizgas geleitet, und Natronlauge an die Seifen- und Zelluloseindustrie verkauft. Für diesen Bereich suchen wir aktuell eine:n Analysentechniker:in. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Analysentechnik verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Systeme reibungslos funktionieren und den höchsten Standards entsprechen. Verantwortlichkeiten Durchführung und Dokumentation von vorbeugenden Instandhaltungsarbeiten der installierten Analysentechnik. Abarbeitung erforderlicher Wartungs- und Prüfpläne unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und Herstellervorgaben. Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen in die vorhandene Datenbank. Unterstützung beim Monitoring von Störungen und Abweichungen des Normalzustandes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Koordinator für vorbeugende Instandhaltung. Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Kleinprojekten sowie Migrationen und Systemablösungen. Mitwirkung im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess. Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einer technischen Fachrichtung (vorzugsweise Instrumentierung/Elektrotechnik). Praktische Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Analysentechnik. Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse Kenntnisse in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Analysentechnik, Verständnis von gesetzlichen und Herstellervorgaben. Ihre Fertigkeiten Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sichere Arbeitsweise. Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit. Fähigkeit zur Dokumentation und Analyse von Prüfergebnissen. Problemlösungsfähigkeiten: Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen und Abweichungen. Detailorientieres und risikobewusstes Arbeiten.
