Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts | Morning, weekend availability required

Position Overview

Our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team in the Philadelphia area. As a Delivery Associate, you’ll operate a company-owned cargo van to deliver Amazon packages—no CDL needed.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for steady income, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work independently while being supported by a dependable local team.

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting pay of $23.25 per hour

Key Duties

  • Drive a company cargo van safely to deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
  • Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Use a smartphone app for navigation and delivery scanning
  • Complete routes with 200+ deliveries per shift efficiently and accurately
  • Adhere to all safety standards, traffic laws, and delivery procedures
  • Communicate with dispatch and management as needed
  • Support fellow drivers when requested

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Availability for weekends and some holidays
