Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships by understanding their business needs and delivering customized advertising solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Advertising Strategy & Execution: Strategize, launch, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns—primarily on Amazon, with additional exposure to platforms like Walmart and Instacart. Experience with Quartile is a plus.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including analytics, creative, sales, and Quartile specialists to execute cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate effectively with delivery team members while also providing support and guidance to junior teammates.
  • Platform Expertise: Manage campaigns across multiple eCommerce and digital platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Criteo, and Instacart.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver ongoing performance reporting and actionable insights, offering strategic recommendations that drive client growth.
  • Goal & Performance Tracking: Monitor client KPIs and ensure timely delivery on campaign objectives and milestones.
  • Innovation & Technology: Embrace and apply cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven PPC tools, to drive innovation and maximize campaign performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, ideally within an Amazon-focused agency or eCommerce environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with DSP platforms and tools such as Amazon DSP, Criteo, Instacart, and TikTok Shop.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered PPC solutions is a strong plus.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing brands across various industries (e.g., CPG, electronics, apparel, etc.).
  • Awareness of industry trends, tools, and best practices in eCommerce and digital advertising.
  • Working knowledge of programmatic ad solutions like Amazon DSP and Walmart Media.
