Position: AI Transformation Consultant (Growth-Stage Companies) Are you tired of B2B sales that's all about hitting quotas instead of truly transforming businesses? Do you excel at building relationships with C-level executives but feel constrained by transactional, feature-focused sales cycles? Are you looking for a role where you can drive genuine, lasting change for your clients and be rewarded for the value you create? If so, AI4 Teams has the role you've been waiting for. We are not your typical AI company. Our growth is built on authentic human connection, not aggressive sales tactics. We are seeking a senior‑level consultant to help us engage with growth‑stage B2B companies (25‑500 employees) and guide them through a comprehensive AI transformation journey. This is a role for a strategic partner, not a traditional salesperson. What This Role Is This is a high‑impact, consultative role focused on building deep relationships with the founders, visionaries, and integrators leading these companies. You will be the primary driver of our enterprise‑level engagements, from initial contact to closing high‑value, long‑term partnerships. You will be selling a holistic AI culture transformation, not just a product. Your mission is to guide companies through an actual company transformation, building them a true competitive advantage and a massive ability to jumpstart their growth. This journey blends strategic consulting, hands‑on team development, and inclusion in our exclusive mastermind community, delivering a complete return • of* investment in just three to six months. You will be the trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate the complexities of AI adoption and unlock real business value. Your core responsibilities will include: • Engaging with founders, visionaries, and integrators from companies that attend our round tables, and conducting in‑depth AI audits to identify their unique challenges and opportunities. • Proactively identifying and reaching out to leaders in our bolthires market (25‑500 employees) to invite them into our executive round tables. • Architecting and closing complex, high‑value engagements ($50,000 – $200,000+ annually). • Selling a holistic offering that includes AI culture change and cross‑training for the entire organization. This involves working with leadership teams, project managers, and line employees through a mix of internal and external masterminds, and demonstrating value through pulse survey tracking of team improvement. • Acting as a long‑term strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their continued success and growth. What This Role Isn't This is not a high‑volume, transactional sales role. You will not be measured by call counts or the number of demos you run. This is not about pushing a one‑size‑fits‑all solution. We believe in deep discovery, customized solutions, and building partnerships that last. You will be selling true culture change, which requires a thoughtful, holistic approach. What Makes You a Great Fit You are a seasoned B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of organizational development. You have a proven ability to unpack an organization’s challenges, talking through the different parts of the business to diagnose core problems. You think like a consultant, always seeking to understand the root of an issue before proposing a solution. You are a natural relationship‑builder who is comfortable and credible in conversations with C‑suite executives, and you have a track record of closing complex, six‑figure deals. You are intellectually curious about AI and its potential to transform businesses. While you don’t need to be a technical expert, you are eager to learn and are passionate about helping others understand the strategic implications of this technology. What You’ll Get • A high‑performance compensation package with unlimited earning potential, designed for a true partner in our growth: • Ongoing Base Salary: Providing a stable foundation for your strategic work. • Multi‑tiered Commission Structure: You are rewarded at every stage of client success, including an initial commission upon closing, a 90‑day milestone commission, and a one‑year anniversary commission, reflecting the long‑term value you create. • Unlimited Earnings: Your income directly reflects the transformative impact you deliver to clients, with no caps on your potential. • Strategic autonomy: The freedom to build your own book of business and manage your sales process without micromanagement. • A seat at the table: The opportunity to work directly with our founders and shape the future of our enterprise offerings. • Full remote flexibility: Work from anywhere, with the support of a world‑class team. The Bottom Line If you are a strategic, relationship‑driven sales professional who is ready to move beyond traditional enterprise sales and make a real impact, we want to talk to you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
