Job Description

As an AI Solution Architect, you'll define the architectural patterns that let us prove the value of the ServiceNow platform in days rather than weeks, turning technical credibility into deal velocity. You'll be the trusted technical partner customers rely on to translate ambitious AI visions into solution blueprints and proof of concepts that deliver measurable outcomes.

Purpose: Design and deliver AI Experience architectures, proof of concepts, and solution blueprints to accelerate customer journeys.

AI Solution Architects support design, architecture, and proof of concepts for the AI Experience across the ServiceNow platform (Inclusive of skills and workflows).

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead architectural design sessions focused on AI Experience and Platform solutions, translating customer requirements into actionable blueprints.

· Showcase platform capabilities through technical deep-dive demos that educate customers on architectural possibilities, showcase integration capabilities, and build confidence in the solution's technical foundation.

· Develop proof of concepts and technical validation frameworks for customers in your assigned districts.

· Collaborate with AI Experience Solution Consultants to ensure solution blueprint aligns to customer priorities and workshop outcomes.

· Create and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry patterns that multiply team productivity and enable consistent high-quality delivery at scale.

Skills & Experience:

· Expertise in AI architecture, workflow automation, and integration frameworks.

· Ability to design and build end-to-end solutions with scalability, performance, and rapid implementation in mind.

· Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, specialists and product teams.

· Demonstrated ability to build technical credibility quickly and influence customer architectural direction.

· 7+ years in architecture or pre-sales engineering roles.

ServiceNow Platform Mastery

Deep technical mastery of ServiceNow's core platform capabilities (data model, flows, integration hub, scripting, UI frameworks, security model, etc.) This foundation enables Solution Architects to design AI Experience solutions that are performant, scalable, and fully leverage the platform's native capabilities rather than working around them. AI Solution Architects have a deep commitment to continuous learning – staying current with platform releases and emerging features.

Communication & Customer Partnership

The ability to build trusted relationships with customer platform owners, architects, and CTOs—quickly establishing credibility through technical depth and a consultative approach. This means earning a seat at the table for architectural decisions, shaping technical direction, and becoming a go-to resource customers rely on.

Execution & Ownership

Reliable delivery against commitments, with the ability to manage multiple technical workstreams, prioritize under pressure, and drive proof of concepts and design sessions to completion without constant oversight.

Architectural Design & Solution

Blueprint The capability to translate customer requirements into comprehensive, scalable solution blueprints that serve as the bridge between sales and implementation. This includes designing end-to-end architectures with performance, integration, and extensibility in mind—giving customers a clear roadmap from vision to reality.

Proof of Concept Delivery

Proficiency in rapidly designing and building compelling proof of concepts that validate technical feasibility and demonstrate tangible value. These are focused, high-impact builds that prove the solution works in the customer's context and accelerate their confidence to move forward.

Cross-functional Collaboration

The ability to partner effectively with Solution Consultants, Specialists, and Industry Enterprise Architects to ensure AI Experience solutions align with overall account strategy and long-term customer roadmaps. This includes contributing to reference architectures, industry patterns, and reusable assets that scale impact across the organization and accelerate future engagements.

Technical Discovery & Assessment

The ability to quickly assess a customer's current technical landscape, integration requirements, and scalability needs—then translate those into AI Experience architectures that are both aspirational and achievable. This includes leading design and architecture sessions that balance innovation with practical implementation constraints.

Foundational Capability

The ingrained habit of leveraging AI tools throughout every phase of the sales cycle—from researching customer environments and generating solution blueprints to building proof of concepts and creating reusable assets.
