Montague, MI, 1st shift, $15 per hour

Job Summary
A Montague greenhouse is seeking dependable Agricultural Laborers for 1st Shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Overtime is required as needed, including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Performing general greenhouse and agricultural labor tasks
  • Following written and verbal instructions carefully
  • Working independently to complete assigned duties
  • Lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs
  • Assisting with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous agricultural experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task
