Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • MS Office products
  • Assist with daily operational tasks
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Research and resolution of customer inquiries/assigned tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in higher education payroll processes and procedures
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to work with large data sets in Excel using advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Ability to work under general supervision, learn quickly, multitask and prioritize workload and readjust as needed.



Job Description:
The Administrative Support (Temporary position) will help to coordinate budget and payroll for a specific department.

Job Duties:
  • Assist with the creation of process documentation for time keeping, payroll and master data functions.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment providing departmental assistance when needed.
