Learn more at www.esource.com.     How you’ll help   Prepare customer invoices in accordance with customer contracts Apply customer payments (ACH, checks, wires, lockbox, etc.) Assist with collection efforts using our automated dunning letter module within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and by collaborating with internal client service teams Help set up billing rules and create projects in Netsuite and OpenAir Support audit requests, and other external data requests as necessary Communicate with project managers across several departments to ensure accurate invoicing and accounting for customer activity Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable including account reconciliations, posting general ledger entries, and more Work on ad hoc projects as applicable Identify areas for process improvement     What will make you a great fit   Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1–3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy while also moving with speed Commitment to learning and the willingness to be flexible as the company continues to grow and change Intermediate to advanced Excel skills  Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and meeting tight deadlines Strong sense of collaboration and teamwork, attitude of helping others, and great communication skills Experience with Netsuite, OpenAir, or other similar ERP systems     What you can expect Excellent insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision plans; company-paid life insurance; company-paid long- and short-term disability insurance; and medical and dependent-care flexible spending plans.
