If all this sounds like an environment you’ll thrive in, then you’re in the right place.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Title: <strong>Accounts GTM Lead</strong> </p><p>Location: New Jersey / Dallas, TX</p><p><br></p><p>HCLTech is seeking an <strong>Accounts GTM Lead</strong> with <strong>strong Pharma domain experience</strong> to drive growth across key client accounts by shaping strategy, strengthening relationships, and unlocking value through <strong>AI‑powered solutions</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you’ll partner with sales, technical teams, and client executives to identify opportunities, expand AI adoption, and deliver innovative offerings that support the evolving needs of the Life Sciences & Pharma industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What is Expected of the Role:</strong> </p><ul><li>Lead the GTM strategy for assigned accounts, with a strong focus on AI-led solutions.</li><li>Build and deepen relationships with client stakeholders, aligning AI capabilities to their business priorities.</li><li>Identify, nurture, and close new opportunities—expanding AI adoption within existing accounts.</li><li>Integrate AI tools and technologies into proposals and solution designs.</li><li>Develop strategic account plans with clear growth priorities and AI-led initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver aligned and impactful client outcomes.</li><li>Track account performance and provide insights on pipeline, growth, and AI solution impact.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Educational Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or a related field.</li><li>MBA is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5–7 years</strong> of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role.</li><li>Proven track record of <strong>driving revenue growth</strong> and expanding business within assigned accounts.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>AI technologies</strong> such as machine learning, NLP, and RPA, and applying them in client solutions.</li><li>Experience incorporating AI-driven offerings into GTM strategies and client proposals.</li><li>Strong ability to work with senior executives and internal teams to develop AI-powered business strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with sales processes, client relationship management, and delivering AI-based solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>How You’ll Grow</p><p>At HCLTech, we offer continuous opportunities for you to find your spark and grow with us.
