We built the technology, processes, and infrastructure we had when we were running a firm, then made it available to independent accountants who want to grow without giving up ownership.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What’s the role?</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a member of our Analyst team, you would have the following responsibilities:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perform end to end accounting process for multiple clients</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain the books up to date by utilizing softwares such as QBO and Dext</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reconcile clients’ bank and accounting ledgers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Process A/P invoices using bill-pay systems such as <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Bill.com">Bill.com</a> and Routable</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Process payroll journal entries</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare, analyze, and review of month-end financial statements and supporting schedules</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perform accounting related project based tasks assigned by the managers</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Problem solve with a technology-first mindset</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactively identify opportunities for automation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience is required.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in Xero is a plus</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2+ years of end-to-end accounting experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1+ years of Accounts Payable experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to managing multiple clients' books is required</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with AP SMB Point Solutions such as <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Bill.com">Bill.com</a> or Routable. is a plus</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with cloud accounting tools like Xero, Dext, Expensify, Hubdoc, Settle, etc., is a plus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience as an accounting reviewer is a plus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate with AMs and Clients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong Analytical Skills</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The offer:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Shift: 7am to 4pm PH time, Mon-Fri (subject to change)</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Government benefits thru PSG Global Solutions as an employer</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fully remote, equipment will be provided</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Flexible company culture</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Management opportunities and ongoing training</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Decimal is full of passionate people who are driven in a variety of disciplines—and each of them brings their unique perspective to everything they do.
