About the position This role is remote; preferred candidate locations include WI, MN, and Iowa. The position involves acting as an advocate for the customer base, providing flawless communication between the customer base and Regal Rexnord. The primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison between the customer and our engineering & commercial teams, managing all related Regal Rexnord Large Gear business concerning new sales, service, and repairs within an assigned region. The role requires establishing strategic plans, targets, and account plans in partnership with the Sales Directors and Account Managers to support the efforts of achieving the overall regional Services Quota. On-site visits to various plants in industries such as aggregate, pulp & paper, steel, mining, forestry, power generation, and food & grain are expected. The candidate will work with the sales team to define growth opportunities in aftermarket motion control solutions markets for the assigned region and measure progress against the plans. Collaboration with the Area Account Manager is essential to proactively contact and develop relationships with customers, define their needs, and communicate solutions. Responsibilities also include analyzing, editing, and processing incoming requests for quotations and orders, preparing formal quotations, coordinating activities with the Strategic Account team, and providing updates and ongoing training to the Area Account Managers and Key Users. The role will involve some direct arenaflex account ownership and responsibility, as well as communication with various internal departments to meet customer required dates.
