The annual salary is $80,000-$90,000 + Commission. Travel of 10-40% is required in any given month. Do you have experience in Mortgage and Sales and want to continue on that path? Does closing deals give you goosebumps and butterflies? We are looking for a high-energy, motivated, persistent, self-starter who is a natural when it comes to connecting and building relationships. The Account Executive role will be responsible for working with prospects and clients to deliver tailored audit, risk, and compliance solutions. They will be responsible for growing MQMR's revenue by taking a qualified lead and turning it into a closed deal. By acquiring new customers, the Account Executive role will be expected to achieve or exceed defined sales quotas. What your day will look like (responsibilities) • Meet or exceed sales quotas. • Leveraging consultative sales techniques to help our clients become better mortgage lenders. • Collaborate and develop sales strategies to maximize results. • Research and analyze existing business accounts for additional opportunities. • Attend networking events at national, regional, and local trade shows. • Closely follow current market intelligence, industry trends, client feedback, and business needs. • Perform daily business development and sales activities: • Work with an SDR on outbound lead generation through frequent phone and email outreach. • Work closely with subject matter experts to cultivate the prospect into a client. • Work closely with the Business Support Team on contracts, SOWs, and NDAs. • Coordinate and perform product demonstrations with prospects. • Maintain exceptional relationships with clients and prospective clients. • Log all sales activity, including emails, phone calls, meetings, etc., into our CRM (Hubspot). Always ensure our CRM is updated on sales and relationship-building activity with prospects and clients. • Other sales activities, as requested.
